WORKOUT 1 — RUN
Pre-Run: Dead bugs, breathing, Glute Bridges Run/Walk 50 minutes: 5 minutes walking to warm up. 4x 9 minutes easy running, 1 minute walk after each. 5 minute walk to finish up.

Easy effort the whole way. I stopped briefly between reps 2 and 3 to loosen my shoes. I noticed my cuboid was not entirely happy after that. I took a shorter route home for the last of the 9 minute reps and called it complete.
