Get a bit of comfortable training in and enjoy a Merry Christmas!
SUMMARY
Total Time: 6 Hours
Swim: 3700m (Monday and Thursday)
Bike: 2:30 (very easy riding)
Run: 17 km (Sunday and Tuesday)
Feeling healed from a mountain bike crash in November and the crazy times at work are (for now) behind me.
Although I have completed some workouts this week, meaningful consistent training (and writing things down) begins next week!
